1. About these terms

This website and the Relationship Audit are provided by The Conscious Relationship Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 83 669 358 758), trading as The Conscious Relationship Practice, based in NSW, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or requesting the Relationship Audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our content

The text, images, logo, the Relationship Audit and the results guide are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. Please do not copy, sell, share, republish or adapt them, or use them in your own coaching or training, without our written permission.

3. The Relationship Audit is a reflection tool, not advice

The Relationship Audit and results guide are a self-reflection tool. They are not a validated psychological assessment, and they cannot tell you whether to stay in or leave a relationship.

Nothing on this website or in our emails is medical, psychological, psychotherapy, counselling, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a therapist-client relationship. Coaching is not a substitute for professional care. If you need that kind of support, please speak with a suitably qualified professional.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not promise any particular result from the audit or from working with us. What you gain depends on many factors outside our control, including your own circumstances, openness and actions.

5. Emails and communications

When you request the Relationship Audit you agree that we may email you the audit and related information, and occasional emails about our work and offers. We will not spam you or sell or rent your email address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also email us at hello@lauradiaz.com.au and we will remove you.

6. Privacy

What we collect. When you request the Relationship Audit we collect your email address, and your name if you give it. We also collect basic technical information such as your device, browser and how you reached our page (for example from an ad), using cookies and tools such as the Meta Pixel.

Your answers. You complete the audit on your own copy. We do not see or collect your scores or notes unless you choose to share them with us.

How we use it. To send you the audit and results guide, to send you occasional emails about our work and offers, to book calls you request, and to measure and improve our pages and advertising.

Who we share it with. We use service providers to run our business, including Systeme.io (pages and email), Calendly (bookings) and Meta (advertising and measurement). These providers may store information on servers outside Australia. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@lauradiaz.com.au.

Questions or complaints. Contact us first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

7. Third-party links and services

This website may link to other sites, and we use third-party services (such as Systeme.io for pages and email, Calendly for bookings, and Meta for advertising). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and they have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that results from your use of this website or reliance on the audit, results guide or any other content, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
